Configure Labor Rates for Multiple Employees
The Labor Rates page provides an easy way to manage the pay rates for all employees. You can edit an employee's Hourly Rate, as well as other rates such as Benefit, Holiday, Other, Overhead, Overtime, Shift Differential, and Standby rates. If any custom cost codes have been configured for your site, they appear in the Labor Rates panel instead.

- From the General tab, click Labor Rates.
The Labor Rates panels shows the employees and their various labor rates. You can filter the list by typing the first few letters of the employee's name in the search box in the top-right corner.
- Click inside a field to edit the rate.
- Select either the percent sign or dollar sign to specify whether the rate is calculated as a percentage or a fixed amount.

NOTE:
