Change the Display Density

You can change the amount of vertical space used for fields, buttons, check boxes, lists in panels, and tables. When you choose a density option, it is remembered by the device it is on as well as the app you are working in.

EXAMPLE

When on an iPad, you might prefer Comfortable when using Respond and Compact when using Style. When on a desktop computer, you might prefer Compact for both Respond and Style.
  1. Click Settings on the main toolbar.
  2. Click the Display Density drop-down list.

  1. Select one of the following:
  • Comfortable: Displays the default vertical space between fields.
  • Standard: Displays a bit of vertical spacing between fields, less than Comfortable and more than Compact.
  • Compact: Displays the fields densely compacted; very little vertical space between fields.
