Complete Corrections

You can complete individual correction tasks or all correction tasks at once. Complete the following:

  1. Open the . For more information, see Open the Corrections Window.
  1. Find the correction item you want to complete, and click the Status drop-down list.

Once a status is selected, the Completed By and Complete Date automatically populates with the current user's login ID and the current date for the correction task. A success message appears.

NOTE: If you want to select a specific user's ID or completion date, select the Completed By and Complete Date before selecting the Status.

  1. In the Corrections window, click Apply Defaults. This applies the default status (usually passing) to all of the correction tasks in the list.

Once the status is applied, the Completed By and Complete Date fields automatically populates with the current user's login ID and the current date for all of the correction tasks listed. A success message also appears.
