Open the Corrections Window

You can open and view correction items associated to a task from the Workflow panel, the Edit Task panel, or Task Manager. For more information on performing a search, see Search Tasks Using Task Manager.

Complete one of the following:

  1. From the Workflow panel, click the Checklist icon to the right of the task description to view a list of corrections.

NOTE: Hovering over the Checklist icon displays a list of all the items included in the checklist.

  1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Workflow panel.

The Edit Task panel opens.

  1. Click Checklist just above the Attachments section.

The Corrections window opens.

You can use Task Manager to open the Corrections section. For more information on performing a search, see Search Tasks Using Task Manager.

  1. Once you have performed a search, click the task you want to add correction tasks to.

  1. Click Correction at the bottom of the panel.

This opens the Corrections window.
