Correction Fields

  • Insert Corrections or the add icon: Tap to open the Add Corrections panel.
  • Result: Select the result for the correction from the drop-down list, such as if it passes or fails or is approved or should be resubmitted. The result codes available in the drop-down list vary depending on the correction.
  • Details: Tap to mark the correction as complete, view the end and completed dates, or reinspect a correction. For more information on completing a task, see Complete a Task.
  • Recheck: Select this check box to mark that the correction has not been satisfactorily completed.
  • Completed By: This field automatically populates with the login ID of the current user. If needed, tap the drop-down list and select a new user's ID to change the user.
  • Date Completed: This field automatically populates with the current date. If needed, tap the calendar icon to change the date.
  • Comments: Add any additional comments to the correction.
  • Add Comment: Tap Add Comment to add additional information. This is used to indicate what must be done to ensure that the correction task passes the recheck. For more information on comments, see the Comments section.

Add Corrections Fields

  • Group: Select to add a predefined group of correction tasks.
  • Single: Select to add individual correction tasks.
