Re-open a Service Request

Closed service requests can be reopened if needed.

PREREQUISITES: Users must have Edit After Close permission. This is assigned in Designer under Employee Relates. See Assign Permissions to Employees in the Admin 2.2 Guide for more information.

1. Open the closed service request.
2. Tap Page actions in the upper-right corner and tap Reopen.

3. Tap Reopen on the Confirm Reopen Service Request panel.

The Status, on the Service Request Details panel, changes to Open.
