People Panel Fields
- Name: Enter the name of the person you are adding to the case. As you enter information, a list of values matching what you have entered are suggested.
- Role Code: A unique identifier representing a position or job definition. One person may have no roles or several different roles in a single case. For example, the builder of a residential property can also be the applicant, owner, and occupant. In order to accurately depict each role, the individual should be added to the case for each role they represent. If more than one role code is added, only the first role code selected is displayed in the People panel.
- Add To People: Saves the selected role code and person's information to the database when this check box is selected. This is helpful because if that person needs to be added to another case, they are stored in the database and users don't have to re-enter all the information.
- Address
- Address2: An additional address associated with the selected person.
- Address3: An additional address associated with the selected person.
- City: The city where the address is located.
- State: The state where the address is located.
- Zip
NOTE: City, state, and country values may automatically populate when the zip code is entered if the administrator has configured the zip code in PLL Admin. See Zip Code Setup in the PLL Admin for 15.8 Guide for more information.

Country Code: The country code where the address is located, such as United States or USA.
- Company Name: The full name of the company.

Fax: The fax number.
- Work Phone: The office or work phone number.
- Work Phone Extension: The extension for the office or work phone number.
- Home Phone: The home phone number.
- Cell Phone: The cell or mobile phone number.
- Email: The email address used by the person.
- Web Site: The URL address associated with the selected person.
- Comment: Additional information about the person or role code.
