Create a Service Request
Service requests are created when there is a problem that needs action.

From the Menu
The Create Service Request page opens.
NOTE: The categories in the Request Type panel are defined by the administrator in the Hierarchy panel found in Designer under Service Requests > Templates. See
- Answer any questions as needed. See Questions and Answers for more information.
- Enter information in the Caller Information and Incident Information panels.
TIP: You can search for a caller on the Caller Information panel by entering the first few letters of the customer's name in the First Name or Last Name fields and tapping Search Callers or letting the results filter in the drop-down list.
From an Inspection
- Open an inspection.
- Navigate to the Related Activities page from the

- On the Request Type panel, select the desired category. You can use the filter icon to filter categories.
- Once a category is selected, select the type of service request.
NOTE: The Questions panel populates with any questions that have been defined by the administrator.
- Answer any questions as needed. See Questions and Answers for more information.
- Enter information in the Caller Information and Incident Information panels.

- Open a work order.
