Switch Between Apps

You can switch between Cityworks applications using My Apps. Only apps that are installed on the site, the user is licensed for, and shared with the user are displayed in the My Apps menu. If you cleared the Show this page when logging in check box on the landing page, a Landing Page link appears in the list of apps so you can navigate back to the page if needed.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you install Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.

NOTE: When you customize a menu, the customizations are saved to the database and are not overwritten by new functionality created by Cityworks. For example, if you have already customized your menu to include app menu items, the My Apps menu item does not appear in the menu by default. See Customize Menus for more information.

  1. Tap My Apps in the menu and the app name to switch between Cityworks applications.
