Case Summary

The case summary page displays all of the information for a case once it's created and saved. See Create a Case and Case Intake for more information. This page also contains the tools necessary to complete a case and automatically refreshes when specific items are completed or updated on the case. For example, the case status updates depending on when fees are paid or even when a specific result is selected for a task.

The case summary page displays a variety of panels corresponding to the panels seen on the Case Intake page. Each panel may be expanded or collapsed for convenient viewing. See Collapse or Expand Panels for more information.

NOTE: Case panels may be renamed, collapsed, or hidden using Style. See Make a Control or Panel Visible and Collapse a Panel in the Style 2.0 Guide for more information. The order of the panels and tabs that appear on this page may differ depending on how the PLL administrator arranged them or which case type is chosen. See Configure Controls on a Case Template in the Admin 3.6 Guide for more information.
