Issue Transaction Fields

The following fields display on the Issue panel:

  • Account: Select the account number. Account is set up for billing to group costs for material transactions and is customized by the organization. This is typically a number or description of the type of work. This is populated in Designer under Preferences > Custom Codes > ACCOUNT.
  • Employee: Select an employee to issue the material to.

NOTE: Additional employees must be added in Designer. See Add or Edit an Employee in the Designer for 15.6 Guide for more information.

  • Date: Enter the desired date and time or use the calendar icon to select the date and time of the transaction. If the Transaction Date is left empty, the current date and time are recorded.
  • Work Order Id: If the work order ID is known, enter it here. If the ID is not known, tap the search icon to search for the work order. See Search for a Work Order for more information.
  • Asset: Select an asset attached to the work order to associate the material cost to. For the Asset field to populate, the Work Order Id is required. Select from the drop-down list of available assets attached to the work order.
  • Task: Select a task related to the work order to associate the material cost to.
  • Quantity: Enter the Quantity of the material to issue, or use the up and down arrows to select a quantity.
  • Comments: Enter any comments regarding the material.
  • Add to List: Tap Add to List to move the material to the Pending Issue panel.
  • Clear: Tap Clear to clear the Issue panel and the selected material in the Material panel.
