Configure Universal Custom Fields in an App's UI

In order to see universal custom fields (UCF) in the apps UI, the Cityworks administrator will need to create profiles in Style and customize the layouts for the appropriate pages. Profiles allow the administrator to customize layouts for a specific group of users or individuals who are enabled to use that profile. This allows users to view the universal custom fields as well as enter UCF values to work activities.

BEST PRACTICE: It is best to not customize the default profile in case you need to revert back to the original plugin layouts when it was first installed. See Profiles for more information.
