Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Users must have a valid email in order to reset their password.
  • Email settings must be set up correctly in Admin. See Configure Email Settings in the Admin 3.1 Guide for more information.
  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your user name in the User name field.

  1. Click Submit.

Instructions are sent to your email to reset your password.

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Enter a new password following the password requirements set up by your administrator. See Configure Global Preferences in the Admin 3.1 Guide for more information on setting up password requirements.

IMPORTANT: If the user's account is locked, a domain administrator can unlock the account. See Unlock an Employee for more information.
