Inspections

Observations on the condition of assets and information about simple repair work are recorded on standard and custom inspections.

In Designer you can assign assets to desired standard inspections as well as map fields to be updated once the inspection is closed. You can create and clone custom inspection templates, add observations, asset updates, editable asset fields, and map layers fields to a template. You can also configure template security, select audit fields to be tracked on an inspection, and configure all other things necessary to setting up inspections for your site.

The Inspections tab is used to configure any settings for custom and standard inspection templates. This section is made up of the following:
