1. From the Workflow panel, select Edit record by the desired task.
2. Scroll to the Time Accounting section at the bottom of the Edit Task panel and click Edit record.

NOTE: You can also add and remove attachments and comments associated to the task. For more information, see Use Attachments on a Task and Use Comments on a Task.

3. To change the Time Code and Time Spent By fields, remove the current code or login ID and use the Lookup icons to select new ones.
4. Use the calendar icon or double-click in the field to enter the Task Complete Date.
5. Update the amount of Time and any comments.
6. Click Accept.

A success message displays and the record is updated on the task.

7. Once you have edited your time accounting information on the task, click Save on the Edit Task panel to save the information on the task.

1. Perform a search in Task Manager. For more information on performing a search, see Search Tasks Using Task Manager.

2. Click the task you want to add time accounting information to.

3. Click Time Accounting at the bottom of the panel.

4. Click in the different fields to change the Time Code, Time Spent By, Task Complete Date, and Time fields.
5. Remove the current code, login ID, amount of time, date, or comments.
6. Click outside the field to save the changes, or click the Save icon.

A success message displays and the record is added to the task.
