Remove a Caller

Callers that are no longer part of the service request can be removed.

NOTE: Calls cannot be removed if the service request is closed. See Re-open a Service Request for more information.

1. Open the service request.
2. Tap Callers from the Service Request menu.

3. Select the caller from the Callers panel and tap Delete selected records.

4. Tap Delete on the Delete Caller panel.
