Add Time Accounting

You can add time spent on a task using the Edit Task panel on the Case Summary page or tools such as Task Manager.

  1. Open the time accounting section. See Open the Time Accounting Window for more information.
  2. Tap Add record.

  1. Select the time code from the Time Accounting drop-down list.
  2. Select who spent the time on the task from the Time Spend By drop-down list.
  3. Enter the amount of Time.
  4. Use the calendar icon or double-tap in the field to enter today's date in the Date field.
  5. Enter any additional comments.

  1. Tap Insert.

A success message appears and the record is added to the task.

NOTE: If you have used the Task Edit panel, tap Save on the panel to save the information on the task.
