View or Edit Attributes

Any attribute fields that have been set as editable for the work order template can be edited. Any edits made are applied to the geodatabase. See Asset Details for more information about the Asset Details page.

PREREQUISITES: A user must be in a group that is given access rights for the work order template. See Configure Work Order Template Security in the Admin 3.0 Guide for more information. To view or edit asset details, verify that you have the correct Esri user type. See the User Types page on Esri's website. To do more advanced GIS operations, the Creator, Professional, or Professional Plus user type may be needed.

1. Open a work order.

TIP: You can filter the list of records displayed. See Filter Records for more information.

2. Select an asset or multiple assets on the Assets panel.
3. Tap Asset Details.

The Asset Details page opens and the selected assets load in the Assets panel. See View Asset Details and Edit Asset Details for more information.
