View Related Objects

Some cases may have related work activities. These can be viewed on the Main panel of the Summary page.

PREREQUISITES:

  1. From the Main panel, click the Show related objects: Cases, Workorders, Requests icon.

Any related work orders, service requests, child cases, or linked cases will display at the bottom of the panel.

  1. To view the related work activity, click the ID of the work activity.

This will open the related work order, service request, or case where you can add, update, or view the related information.
