The Menu

This is the tabbing order for the main toolbar and the menu. To open any of these items, tab to them and press Enter.

PREREQUISITES:

  • The first time you install Respond, you need to add any apps or pages you need or want to access. For example, use the Route menu option to add a menu item that navigates to the Asset Details, License Management tool, and other pages. See Add Menu Items and Edit Item Fields for more information.

This is the default menu.

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Open the Asset Details page. See Asset Details for more information.
  3. Open the Recent list.
  • Press Enter and tab to the work activity you want to open. Press Enter to open the activity.
  1. Create work activities.
  • Press Enter and tab to the activity you want to create. Press Enter to open the create activity page.
  1. Open the Task Manager page. See Task Manager for more information.
  2. Open the Payment Manager page. See Payment Manager Tool for more information.
  1. Open the list of My Apps.
  • Press Enter and tab to the app you wish to navigate to. Press Enter to open the app.

NOTE: If menu items have been added, tab through them and press Enter to select the menu item.

This is the expanded menu when Main Menu is selected.

  1. Press Enter on Main Menu to expand the menu.
  2. Open your Dashboard.
  3. Open the Asset Details page. See Asset Details for more information.
  4. Open the Recent list.
  • Press Enter and tab to the work activity you want to open. Press Enter to open the activity.
  1. Create work activities.
  • Press Enter and tab to the activity you want to create. Press Enter to open the create activity page.
  1. Open the Task Manager page. See Task Manager for more information.
  2. Open the Payment Manager page. See Payment Manager Tool for more information.
  1. Open the list of My Apps.
  • Press Enter and tab to the app you wish to navigate to. Press Enter to open the app.

NOTE: If menu items have been added, tab through them and press Enter to select the menu item.

  3. Use Work Activity Search.
  • Press Enter and tab through the search options. See Search for more information.
  1. Open Notifications.
  • Press Enter and tab through the notification list. See Notifications for more information.
  1. Open Help.
  2. Open Settings.
  • Press Enter and tab through the setting options. See The Settings Menu for more information.
  1. Open Profile.
  1. Open the map.
