View and Edit a Work Order
Cityworks work orders can be viewed and edited in the Trimble Unity mobile app and then pushed back to Cityworks.
- Select a work order from the list.
The work order details open. From here you can view details about the work order by switching between the sections within the work order.
- Click Edit to edit the work order details.
The General section contains general information about the work order, including who it is assigned to, the projected start date, and the status.
The Custom Fields section contains any custom fields that have been configured for this type of work order.
The Location section contains information about the location of the work order.
The Associated Assets section contains the asset attached to the work order. See View a Work Order on the Map for more information.
The Attachments section contains any files or markups attached to the work order. See Add Attachments, Mark Up Attachments, or Remove Attachments for more information.
The Costs section contains the labor, equipment, and material attached to the work order. See Add Labor Costs, Add Equipment Costs, or Add Material Costs for more information.
The Tasks section contains the tasks associated to the work order.
The Related Inspections section contains the inspections associated to the work order.
The Related Work Orders section contains the work orders associated to the work order.
- Once you have completed editing the work order, click Save in the top-right corner.
